Made a Resonite mod for taking 3D photos that work with Looking Glass displays. I still need to add a framing UI to the camera, but this came out pretty well for a test photo.

I saw the #Blender 5.2 overview today, and noticed how they mentioned GPU acceleration for the video sequencer. Years ago, this was a blocker for me so I ended up never using Blender for editing videos. Now I just tried it, and it just works flawlessly and fast. I'll make #Resonite videos with it!

Currently experimenting with #Resonite Link with an architecture where you connect a website to your game and the website forwards the connection to a backend through another WebSocket. This way, I don't need to use JavaScript and can use the official library.

remember that good will comes from the heart, and actions are very much louder than words. if you spend your time complaining instead of actioning changes, don't be surprised when nobody has any more good will to give you. you can be constructive and kind at the same time

The splittening was the most massive update we ever did to drastically improve performance across the board. It was something the platform needed for a long while. I broke my back working on that update and suffered one of the worst burnouts I've had. I'm still not fully recovered from it...

Fun trivia: If you published your game on Steam, they won't let you post a review of it (even if it's Friends Only). But also they won't stop pestering you to review it x3

It's interesting how much of an echo chamber you sometimes find yourself in. I was in one world on Resonite and people were all negative and unhappy about the new sponsored video, then I go to a different world and everyone there is super excited and praising the awesome editing.
