I Had To Fan-Post. So, in MCU continuity, Riri Williams was an MIT student (Course 2/6.3?) in Wakanda Forever (2022) & expelled at the beginning of Ironheart (2025). MJ (Course 7/5?) and Ned (Course 6.3?) attended MIT between No Way Home (2021) and Brand New Day (2026) Do they know each other?

Soft Rains Day. "Today is August 4, 2026, in the city of Allendale, California. Today is Mr. Featherstone's birthday. Today is the anniversary of Tilita's marriage. Insurance is payable, as are the water, gas, and light bills." RIP Ray Bradbury, 1920-2012
Since it just came up in an email I read: In my heart of hearts, I believe that "more unique" and "most unique" are fine ways to express "distinctive on a greater number of axes." If you've got 98 red balls, 1 green ball, and 1 yellow block, the yellow block is more unique.

An animal that actually looks like a child tried to paint a picture of it.
The Spanish dancer (Hexabranchus sanguineus) is a large, vibrant red sea slug that swims by rippling its body like a flamenco skirt, stores toxic chemicals from its sponge diet for defense, and grows up to 60 or 90 centimeters long. Photograph from Coral Bay in Western Australia
I accidentally punned so hard I sprained something. One of the backgrounds in Dragon's Dungeon is "weaver" which includes spinning, weaving and tailoring. I gave them a weapon proficiency with "Darts".
So there are things 'bout this that I actually DON'T hate, but none of those things are 'Just 13 skills??'
Tiernan's story is amazingly fucked up Check it out!
Between this @gaycannibalism.bsky.social story and the @kjy1066.bsky.social story from earlier this summer, @typebarmagazine.bsky.social is publishing some great fucked-up fiction. Highly recommend "Pink Plastic": www.typebarmagazine.com/pink-plastic/
Who Reframed Roger Rabbit? I think I nailed it with this legacy sequel pitch.
The client scene is tough. Matt Nix and I, one drunken lunch, gave each other shit about how each show solved it. MATT: Ohhhh, we're criminals, we just radnomly showed up, we just fix things. ME: Ohhh, Michael, it's your mom, you need to help my Pilates instructor's daughter's boyfriend.

I can't believe it took me until just now to put together that Ghidorah is called that because "hidora" is what "hydra" works out to when you spell it in katakana.

Since reskeeting "Don't Eat the Lettuce", I have felt a compulsion to compose a parody of "Don't Feed the Plants" from Little Shop of Horrors called "Don't Eat the Plants." They may offer you promos and sales Discount lettuce in buckets and pails But whatever they offer you DON'T EAT THE PLANTS
In TTRPGs, there's character roleplay (speak as char), character narration (talk about what dude is doing), and a third thing, narration holding lots of tiny snippets where you roleplay, say "He does it pompously *Harupharumpha*", where you're imitating your character for a sec. What's THAT called?
Look I know Data’s cat is a he then a she because they needed a pregnant cat as a plot device and didn’t care above continuity errors but I like how it suggests either 1) in the future we have trans cats who get uterine transplants 2) Data’s cats keep dying and he just gets new ones named Spot
