Mobile home parks were the last affordable housing option and private equity started buying up all the lots about 4-5 years ago. A month to cover a 498% increase in rent is really inhumane.

You cant be your parents to your kids. The shit that worked with you, wont necessarily translate to your kids. You gotta be adaptable and flexible in your approach.
