Train to Busan really is an awesome movie that honestly just manages to go so f*cking hard in so many ways, especially with how it handles it's action and horror elements that I actually felt a sense of tension and suspense, but I also liked that it offers it's own critique of the issues in society.
Okay, my friends, I am back. Okay, I think I should clarify that for the next few months, I will often need to take some time away from here and then come back when I am done. So, anyway... did I miss anything at the moment, major or minor?

Blade Runner 2049 still remains to be my personal favorite legacy sequel of all time, since I absolutely loved that movie for how it expands upon the world of the Blade Runner universe and elevates it in a lot of ways by telling an interesting story that dives deep into what it means to be human.
I would honestly love to wish to all of my Hispanic Friends out there a Happy Hispanic Heritage Month, as it's where we get to celebrate and acknowledge the importance of how Hispanic-Americans brought a lot of meaningful contributions to our society by working hard to accomplish their dreams.โโโ

When it comes to animated films from the last decade that really ripped my heart out, one of the biggest is Wolf Children. I still think this is Mamoru Hosada's masterpiece and easily one of the best films about parenthood I've ever seen. It's an emotional rollercoaster.

Same applies to tons of other fandoms who will jump in front of a speeding car for abusive men when theyโre not stripping female characters of any distinguishing characteristics until all thatโs left of them is just the most basic of tropes that appeal only to them.

What IS misogynistic thatโs been happening for years in this fandom, is villainizing the women for making mistakes and being their characters that have flaws but the men get off scot-free.
