It’s easy to pass this answer off as obvious, but it may be the rightest one. While others did some form of Kirby in the late ‘60s, it passed and his style remains a unique visual language which lives in its own space. Most artists proudly wear their influences, which muddies the style water.

When I'm looking for artists to hire for comics work, I need to see sequentials, but so few artists post their pages. I know it doesn't get the engagement on socials, but having a link to a portfolio site with pages is so useful (to me).

If for some reason, you're interested in getting a copy of OUTLAW'S APPRENTICE, but still have some reservations or questions, this is your chance to hold Chris' feet to the coals and get the answers you want. No. Deserve. Then get a copy of what will be one of the most enjoyable comics.
