I think what I hate most about anxiety is the times where my brain just goes into mystery flight. Why are we wanting to run? From what? What danger? 🫠 But my body just reacts like something is going to happen.
Pixel has trouble when there's fireworks/thunder. I try to give her blankie time to calm down and it's helped a lot. With it being the firework season & all the storms she's a little stressed bean. #jamacats

I keep seeing people thinking this is a bluesky problem. If you're seeing this it thinks you're in a state or country with age verification laws. This is what every social media site will do if KOSA and the KIDS Act succeeds. Running to another socmed won't fix it, we have to fight the source.

Please remember that art is not a sport and not a competition. Your peers are not rivals and you do not need to be “better than them” or have bigger numbers. They are your peers and honestly more of them are probably willing to help you and be friends instead of seeing you as a threat.
