I saw a viral tweet from an anti-Trump lib that was like "I miss Obama, I even miss Bush" and it had a lot of shares from big pages and over 20k likes. Why would any elite neolibs/neocons ever actually fight Trump if his existence in power makes everyday anti-Trump American libs love and miss them?

I don't mean this to sound petty, but I can't take the former AG of California seriously if she's mixing up circuit and district courts. No 1L would make this mistake, and certainly someone who was paying attention when litigating in those courts would have this down the rest of their life.
