Jeez. Just been sent an email with a QR code as an image to scan to access a website. Apart from being completely ridiculous and unnecessary, without two devices I'm not sure how you do that!

For tech in health & social care to be successful it’s essential to think of the digital journey of the patient. What’s the starting point & how will they be supported to gain confidence, knowledge & skills to use more digital tools to do what works for them.

Another module complete on the GCS Advance: Practitioner course. Been really insightful learning so far - in tribute to the 'Data and insights for communicators' module I just did, here's a visual that tells the story of my progress.

Beware over depending on using ChatGPT and other AI tools to do your writing. This is a cracking quote from a transcript, the only problem is no speaker actually said it and is a paraphrased sound bite from the full conversation.

After what feels like centuries of fiddling about and tinkering with this strategy, I told myself to stop trying to get it perfect and just finish the 1st draft of the damn thing so my team can comment on it. Finally got that done today!
