In honor of my Managerial Serve Safe expiring in a couple weeks-I've transitioned my processing our farm produce thru our food hub, to how I cook for myself at my own home... So here's Edna Lewis's pastry chicken & a whole weeks worth ($40) of amazing food processed in one day for the whole week. 🍽️🍜

Pastry and chicken with a side of discounted fruit and veg used to make a balsamic, mozzerella, tomato, cucumber salad and an apple, orange, banana, goji berry, elderberry honey fruit salad all served in hand painted dishes from Greece on the corner of an old enamel table. Pastry dumplings rolled out and hand cut on an old enamel table.Absolute discount produce chaos on a table.. made into pesto, pickled cabbage, fruit salad, hand cut fries, balsamic mozzarella cucumber tomato salad... with lemon, pistachios, and cabbage surrounding...BLT and hand cut shoestring fries made from the previous chaos on a plate on the corner of an old enamel table with pesto in a mortar and pestle out of focus in the distance behind.
