I spent the weekend staying overnight out of province with a friend. First time I've ever been in a situation like that, furthest I've ever been from home on my own, first time taking a bus to another town, first time sharing a bed. I had a lovely time with them, wish it didn't have to end so soon.
I have not been very active this year, not that I expect anyone was disappointed by that, and honestly? Expect me to be the same in this next year. I've found so much joy in staying distant from social media and staying closer with friends and loved ones, it's made my life better. Happy New Year!
