Gotta back up this talk with removing Mitch McConnell on Monday
Democratic Governor @AndyBeshearKY has HAD IT.🔥
This country has arrived at the point where a prominent bank can file court documents attesting to the fact that they stopped providing services to the current President of the United States because there was evidence he was involved in money laundering and it barely breaks into the news cycle.
It seems that every month now another important book on Palestine is being released. That’s why we’ve started the IMEU Policy Project Book Club, a monthly series of conversations with authors of the latest books on Palestine.
It’s gone from bad to worse. The DNC is being driven into a ditch, and no one is going to donate until they get their messaging act together.
Man, if Michael Lombardi got fired because he’s reposting and liking content from a racist AI account I’m going to laugh for the rest of my life

Drivers are always in a hurry... *unless* someone makes them angry. Then they have all the time in the world to stop, harass people, and even commit murder.
"The driver, 31-year-old Charles Medina, sped past the couple from behind... Rapp’s boyfriend responded to the maneuver by raising his hands and yelling, at which point Medina slammed his brakes, skidded to a stop and accelerated in reverse." www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...
You opened a credit card. ICE now knows where you live. Here's how when you open a credit card your address leaves your bank, goes through middlemen companies, and ends up with ICE. ICE plans to use this data for immigration and 'voter fraud'. No warrant More: www.404media.co/you-opened-a...
Help us protect 350,000 Haitian neighbors. Take 2 minutes right now and call your Senators. Urge them to co-sponsor S. 4814 to extend Temporary Protected Status (TPS) so our Haitian neighbors can stay in this country. 📞 John Fetterman: (202) 224-4254 David McCormick: (202) 224-6324
🚨 ICE just published their recent numbers and it's worse than we thought. JUNE: ICE and CBP took 43,138 people. That works out to 1,474 of our neighbors every single day. JULY: 65,765 people are now inside US concentration camps.
ICE Quietly Arresting More People Than Ever According to Latest Data
NEW DATA ALERT 🚨 After months of data silence, ICE's new numbers show 65,765 people in immigration detention, deportations near 1,250 a day, and arrests now at 1,473 a day.

Randomly remembered how Lindsey Graham said Rene Goodman deserved to die.
Jayapal: I’m somebody who feels like it doesn’t matter what you want to call it, but we have to disband ICE. We have to melt ICE. We have to abolish ICE. Whatever word you want to use, what we need to get to is the end result: ICE should not exist as it exists. And DHS should not exist as it exists
I was raised to not speak ill of the dead. In therapy, I learned that speaking honestly about the harm done is more important than protecting the dead. Lindsey Graham caused more harm to this state than anything else in my lifetime. His legacy is hatred and brutality. Now, SC can move forward.
Lorenzo Salgado Araujo was murdered by ICE. His three sons called him “El mundo entero” — the whole world. They watched as their whole world died in a video posted on Facebook. Lorenzo was our neighbor and fellow Texan. He deserves justice.
Dave Matthews: "This father and grandfather who was murdered by ICE in Houston, Texas. Then they say he’s not even the guy they were looking for. Well then don’t pull the trigger you assholes. ... I want to send this to the memory of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo." (h/t @marcofoster.bsky.social)
Per Judith Bernstein-Baker 'Once again, in grief and anger, immigrant led organizations are marking another ICE killing. ICE describes him as an "illegal alien" as if he has no worth, but we know he was a father, a husband, and a worker who helped build our country.'
"The three men who were with a 52-year-old Houston man when he was fatally shot by an immigration agent earlier this week said Lorenzo Salgado Araujo never tried to run over anyone and that agents repeatedly fired into the vehicle from the side of the van" www.texastribune.org/2026/07/10/t...
Houston ICE shooting witnesses dispute agents’ claims
The other men in the van with Lorenzo Salgado Araujo said agents fired into the vehicle unprovoked, according to a lawyer for two of the men.

Let's send the USWNT for the next men's World Cup. Then we can root for our girls without any expectation of winning and they can pick up some big checks. Problem solved.
This feels like a good time to note that, indeed, USWNT is the winningest team in international sports history (win percentage: 84) the18.com/en/soccer-en...
So now millions of football fans around the world view the US as cheaters who used political corruption to influence FIFA and we lose anyway. So much winning. When’s the next war?
