CWA member, old guy who lives in a state forest. "Love me, I'm a liberal."

The same old Susan Collins charade. As soon as a controversial nominee or a bill has enough votes to pass, she announces she will vote no when it doesn’t matter. She never casts a deciding vote against Trump. Now she will claim this shows how she is so “independent.”

And there it is. "Domestic violence is not a social issue, it's a family matter." The New York Times uses GOP language in the header, reminding us the paper values affluent readers above all others, and doesn't want to upset them for supporting wife-beaters and child rapists as our leaders.

Headline: Ohio Republican Denies Abuse Accusations, Deepening High-Stakes Family Feud
Lede: Representative Max Miller denied allegations of domestic abuse made by his ex-wife amid worries in the Republican Party that a once-safe seat may be in danger.

The Republican Party has gone full mask-off Nazi; meanwhile the media narrative being pushed 24/7 is “ahhh! Democrats are being taken over by socialist radicals!!” and their terrifying examples are Miss Rachel, a doctor who wants you to have healthcare, and the friendliest mayor in American history.

Party that spent the last decade grooming and funding and encouraging blind nazi ideologues to run for office and government positions : uh oh

“‘I’m sick of this, you know I never hurt our daughter. Take this however you want, everyone is going to get to know you better than your wife does,’ Miller wrote. ‘Enjoy the ride brother, I wouldn’t have to do this if you could keep your lying daughter under control.’”

Kudos to Disney/ABC for fighting back and speaking the truth about Trump's FCC: “The retaliation against ABC is a signal to every media company in the country: accommodate the Administration’s view of what news coverage should look like or pay the price." www.latimes.com/entertainmen...

ABC fires back at FCC, alleging a campaign of "clearcut ... retaliation" on behalf of Trump

Disney is defending its stewardship of its eight owned stations, including KABC-TV Channel 7 in Los Angeles and KGO-TV in San Francisco

One, any White House correspondent accusing somebody else of being high on the prestige that comes with proximity to power is hypocrisy of the richest sort. Two, MFer, have you *read* The Plague?

First Draft: Why Is This Alleged Abuser Still in Congress?

Republican Max Miller, a top Trump ally, faces horrific allegations of domestic abuse and yet no condemnation from his GOP colleagues. Plus, Trump asks his pals on the Supreme Court for another favor.

you have to ask yourself what on earth is the reason for this. israelis do not care about you. they don't care if you have social services. they want you to be ruled over by trump and oppressive autocrats. they are indifferent to your rights to not be summarily executed in the street. at best!
