One night a year people are allowed to have premarital sex???? Straight people are never beating the allegations. ANY of the allegations.

To summarize: 1. Christopher Nolan will be just fine, as will be his Box Office, don’t worry. 2. Don’t take Wilson’s criticism in bad faith, it makes you look stupid. 3. Always choose Oates to back you in a knife fight.

Every time Joyce Carol Oates pops into the discourse I’m like, “How the hell did you get here? I mean, I’m not MAD, but where did you come from??”
They didn’t “gain independence,” they were threatened with being shuttered. Notable difference between a company struggling to survive and the implication that this was something they struck out on their own to accomplish.
