I swear I’m not just saying it because I’ve got a piece in here, but I totally agree, not a bad story in this anthology! Gabriela Santiago’s “I Don’t Wanna Go to Mexico No More, More, More” was stellar and probably my favorite of the bunch.

💙📚🩸 +HORROR LIBRARY+ Vol 9 is an absolutely stellar anthology that will enthrall, terrify, & haunt you. @ericjguignard.bsky.social has assembled an astonishing array of truly superior, stunning Horror that exemplifies the best the genre offers. Not one bad story; my highest recommendation! #MSReview

Paperback of +HORROR LIBRARY+ VOL 9. A monster is on the cover.

You should get KLR 24 because it has my story in it, obviously, but you should really absolutely just order a book from Malarkey because you’ll get the zine anyway!

Have put a lot of books in the mail in the last week, but also zines. First batch of Hellarkey is out and over 100 copies of King Ludd’s Rag, featuring stories by Tori Rego and @jedwardgregal.bsky.social, have gone out, many just as a bonus with another book that sold. Buy a book, get a zine too!

we have an authoritarian leader who is going full duterte, and that’s just *one* reason it scares me how happy liberals are to use dehumanizing language about addiction to attack others. you’d think we’d learn something from all the ICE concentration camps going up, but we haven’t learned shit

Hi friends. I caught up with Laird's partner, Jessica M today and received permission to share this. As some of you may know, Laird is in need of a new kidney. The appropriate donor would have O blood type. If you or anyone you know may be a willing match & donor, please reach out to me.

This is the first piece I’ve read presenting where we go from here with any clarity. A blue state coalition, selective compliance, secession, and/or international intervention look a lot more effective than relying on the broken electoral system that ushered in the fascism in the first place.

Post nicht verfügbar.

These two things cannot both be true: 1: throwing a sandwich at a federal officer is a violent assault worthy of prosecution. 2: raiding the Capitol grounds, assaulting police offices & vandalizing federal property in an effort to interfere with an election is a harmless protest worthy of pardons.

Absolutely love both of these stories. Add some long-ass stories to your life! And down with all kings but King Ludd!

The 24th issue of King Ludd’s Rag features new stories by Tori Rego and @jedwardgregal.bsky.social. If you order a copy we’ll probably send No. 23 your way too, since we have some left over. Still working on formatting but will start sending this out next week! malarkeybooks.com/store/klr24

My weird, extensively-footnoted, big-feelingsy, autofiction novelette “There Is a Light on Beneath Your House” is in King Ludd’s Rag #24! It’s simultaneously my favorite piece and also the one I’ve felt the most trepidation about putting out into the world; so stoked it found a home in KLR.
