To DBAs: Have you ever granted INSERT/UPDATE but not DELETE? I would like to hear your reasoning behind that decision. I am wondering if the granularity is ever used or even needed. Would a readonly/readwrite pair be just as good in your production? #DBA #SQL

Maintainers spend hours every week closing duplicate issues. 😮‍💨 That changes with duplicate detection. Surface up to 3 matching issues as you create one, before you hit submit.

It is not fair that the only way to stop being stressed about doing a thing is to actually do the thing. I would like to lodge a complaint (instead of doing the thing).

🚀 The Schedule is LIVE: #GraphQL Day @ #FOST Amsterdam 2026! The wait is over! We are thrilled to unveil the incredible schedule and speaker lineup for GraphQL Day @ FOST Amsterdam.

Take the time and give some flowers to a maintainer today. Send them a gift of a dinner with a loved one. Or reach out to let them know you appreciate what they do and that you're there if they ever need it. Show them the humans on the other side care.

It's often uneasy for me to share my experiences as a woman in tech, but this job market has me worried for everyone stuck somewhere harmful. I admire everyone who takes on "women in tech" speaking gigs but I am also angry for them and us. ohhelloana.blog/woman-in-tec...

It's 2026 and women are still asked to teach others to think a little bit and not be a prick

A while back I went to a tech meet-up and one of the talks was about being a woman in tech and I am finally ready to put into words why I sat through it so uncomfortably.

I've finally decided it was time to replace my laptop and decided on a Neo. The lovely lad in Apple asked me if I've used a Mac before. What I wanted to say and very much didn't was "Yes, since before you were born" 👵🏻
