An Australian with a keen interest in democracy, both in Australia and throughout the world. Also the "mother" of an extremely destructive, extremely lovable two year old rescue dog (Frankie)!
The White House Reflecting Pool may sound like one of the least important stories of the Trump era. But the Justice Department's failed prosecution of supposed "vandals" reveals something far more troubling: how political narratives pushed by Trump and his allies can become criminal cases.

Steve is meant to be at work, but he's still refusing to leave the pub beer garden.... Any ideas?
The two archways at Dawn. Both images taken this morning in St Michael's tower on Glastonbury Tor. Taken just a few moments apart. Which is your favourite?
Well that was a dramatic sunrise from Glastonbury Tor! More photos to follow later as it went from a very dark inky blue with flashes of red appearing in the clouds to this beautiful golden sunrise. Put it this way, I had to move quickly to capture it all 😂
G'day I hope that your week is going well Frankie and I visited North Coogee Beach today It was about 16C 61F, and a mixture of ominous clouds interspersed with sunshine ... Just like life Despite the weather, Frankie was happy to have a swim before returning home to recover! Enjoy your day 😊

Good Tuesday Afternoon Jody Thank you for including me in this kindness pack. We should always be ready to sprinkle seeds of kindness everywhere
My past shaped me, but it doesn't define me. It gave me compassion, resilience, and purpose. If my journey can help just one person keep going, every battle was worth fighting. ❤️
Life taught me something I never expected. Family isn't always the people you're born to. Sometimes it's the friends who stay. The people who answer the phone. The people who believe in you when you struggle to believe in yourself.
Strength isn't pretending you're never hurt. Strength is waking up every day, carrying what life gave you, and choosing kindness anyway. That's the kind of person I want to be. 😊
If ya need a smile right now.... 🥰 This guy is so talented. Wow.
