Just 426 people were referred for gender-affirming surgery in Wales last year. This compares to: - 8,213 hip replacements - 7,851 knee surgeries - 25,633 cataracts surgeries Until NHS Wales publishes its reasoning, patients will be left in the dark about the future. It's time for answers.

It appears that Nigel Farage has lied about being advised by Essex Police not to attend the by-election declaration so as to avoid being photographed with Count Binface, his major opponent. So it would be a pity if this composite photo was widely shared and used in future….

The Labour government and all of the Labour party know that the SC judgement was against the will of parliament when the EA2010 was enacted. But they choose to ally with the facists gender idology being peddled by a rich minority. I can only conclude they are receiving payments from those groups
