If Canada is going to become an Associate Member of the EU, a great spot to start would be recognizing EU vehicle safety and emissions standards. That would open an easy pathway to increase the availability of small, fuel efficient vehicles in the Canadian market.

It makes far more sense that 'it's where they keep the magic computer superbrains'.
