The proof-listen for the Impossible Magic audiobook has certainly picked up a few more typos that snuck through my edits - I'll clean those up and update the ebook and print files while the audiobook goes through the final stages of production!

Did you know I have an audibook for Axinstone available? I don't talk about it enough, but it's got a great narrator in @khaki.dog who has done some amazing things with the character voices! www.audible.com.au/pd/Axinstone... Non amazon alternatives are available too!

Proof-listening Nataik's chapter in Impossible Magic for the audiobook - I would love the opportunity for an entire series about Nataik and Meadus, they were such a fun pair to write!

I 100% have not changed a single goddamn thing about how I write here in the age of "AI." I write how I write. If the "AI" writes anything like how I write, it's because it stole from me. I'm gonna use any punctuation I like, and if it looks "AI"ish to you, you can go fuck yourself.

Authors and journalists are doing more first-person (hello 2010s blogging) and embracing "mistakes" in writing to prove they're not chatbots. There's even an “anti-Grammarly" app that leaves in typos and signs off "sent from my iPhone" to create more authenticity: www.wired.com/story/more-t...

Lots of talk about how people don’t pay attention to furry-made media. I’ve tried for 16 years or so to support and promote furry writing. There are things missing off these shelves but this is a huge chunk of what I have here. How many of these have you ever heard of, if you’re not a writer?

Jurassic Park really is such an incredible movie. The Brachiosaurus reveal is perfect in every way, especially the amazing acting from Sam Neill. The shock, the wonder, the vindication of all his theories.

100%. Don’t let TERFs colonize the narrative here. Most studies show that lesbians are far more likely to be trans accepting than almost any other group. It’s just, as queer ppl, we’re more likely to be in proximity to a lesbian transphobe than a straight one.

I rly need other trans women to stop accepting the lie that cis lesbians are in any sense uniquely transphobic. Literally cis lesbians support trans people more than other trans people do. Don't let your (very understandable) fears get in the way of having rly cool friends

If you thought ragatha or gangle deserved more of the spotlight i think you should go and try and read the tons and tons and tons of books that already exist from this exact perspective like Girl on the Train, it Ends With Us, or hell even I'm Glad My Mom Died, which is probably the easiest analog
