(Re-uploaded with improved video quality and an error fixed.) Here's the spiral staircase scene from Ys III: Wanderers from Ys across the different versions of the game. For some reason, this scene isn't included in the Famicom and PS2 releases. #Falcom #Ys

We passed the initial goal in 4 days! So we've upped it - let's push forward to $200k!! Thanks to everyone for buying the bundle and sharing wherever you can.

In response to the unprecedented number of game developers laid off this year, we have created a bundle on itch to benefit a Game Industry Hardship Fund, managed by @videogameworkers.bsky.social. More than 100 games for 10+ bucks! Please share widely and donate generously! itch.io/b/3802/game-...

Crusader of Centy is one of the top tier Zelda-like action adventure games. I fell in love with it immediately after a friend introduced it to me, and I think about the ending often. Banger soundtrack all around, and the smoothest character rotation in any game. Highly recommended. Play it!

Thinking about this illustration again. I went for a King Charles for the girl since I was thinking about our old housemate's dog at the time. She was the best. Also the girl in the reference poster (in the original post replies) kinda made me think of one too. Bonus video:

I illustrated a poster for a party a friend has been running at a few furry conventions for quite a while now. It's a party themed after all things communism. At BLFC this year it was Cosmonauts in space, for the upcoming Paw Con it's Eastern Germany.

As a solo dev it's an opportunity to grow. If you wanted to be a solo dev then show some real dedication to it or don't even bother wasting everyone's time with "AI" garbage. The thing tech keeps calling AI is nothing more than a pathetically flawed, sycophantic enfeeblement device. LEARN SOMETHING!

"But as a solo dev--" You must learn the power of your own limitations. If your art is crap, either get better at art, figure out a way to make its crappiness look intentional, or ask for help.

A friend recommended this game to me around a year or two ago and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. The music and atmosphere was perfect. The progression felt great, and the main character has a very memorable design. Excellent exploration platformer. Happy Birthday, Pseudoregalia!

Damn it's Pseudoregalia's 3rd birthday today! I have a lot I could say about this game. Working on it, the reception, the metric ton of fan art, and the games/demos that have come out inspired by the game. The most important thing is that I'm really grateful to everyone, this game changed my life!
