The one thing with the Level-5 AI slop fiasco that kills me is that their presence in that Nintendo Direct had me like "That seems good but I sure hope they wouldn't use AI here, maybe Layton is safe?" and literally one day later they drop "@Grok give me video game presentation many game layton now"

this is the inevitable result of years of games focused entirely on fidelity and players being afraid to miss things or fail so now we get games that are the equivalent of a dog thats been bred to emphasize all its cutest traits but now it can barely breathe or move around and u just feel bad for it
