At Williams College yesterday for reunion, my former prof David Dethier showed me his copy of the short book that six of us wrote on the natural history of the Hopkins Research Forest; his copy has our signatures on it! Four of us were at reunion.

I tried the influencer bagel place. I’m not proud of this. I walk in and they ask me how many bag-gles I want. Yes, bag as in bag. The bagels were fine, but I don’t think I can go back.

Thing I learned with three hours in the car with my 16 year old. Apparently hackysack is back. Cool. But the kids are treating it as a national competition among schools? Social media ruins everything.
