Happy🎂Carl Friedrich Gauss b #OTD 1777 b (d 23 Feb 1855) “The Prince of Mathematicians” & one of the most influential mathematicians of all time. We still use his work on probability, least squares, & numeric integration, & even algorithms for calculating discrete Fourier transforms.
