A really funny complaint about the Zohran discount grocery store idea is that non-poor people could use it when there’s a grocery store half a mile from my grocery store that has everything cost 20% more that rich people go to because they don’t want to shop with normal people.

I can't stress this enough: Your local library. You would be amazed how many different groups, clubs, and orgs use your local library for holding events, publicity, teaching classes, or just a communal space. Libraries have never been more tech savvy. Go to their website. Look on their calendar.

Uhhh... someone should let him know that the people who are anti-Gen AI, don't, actually, use, any AI tools, where possible. We disable Co-Pilot when we find out how, even when Google Chrome recently updated with a tab for Gemini, they removed it or switched to a browser that doesn't grind your RAM.

Require students to take notes in a notebook unless they have a specific accommodation. Tell them that the notebook will be part of their final grade, that the 2nd to last day of class will be notebook review with students getting btwn 5-20 points added to their grade based on it.

Question on the clock app was would you rather square up with Batman or the Powerpuff girls and idc what the circumstances are I’m not taking them girls on at all.

I included the amulet she gives to Yawgmoth to summon her as well. I designed that as an adornment on her forehead, to symbolically represent the vulnerability she has in giving it to him and trusting him. It sits in the very place that he wounds her in his brutal betrayal later in the book.

I get that “being shitty as a bit” is a personality tentpole for a lot of folks - but the older I get the more exhausting it becomes. And as a bit over text/chat, it’s just not great. Actively sucks, actually. Whatever diffusion of shittiness there is from expression/tone is largely lost.
