was only able to do 3 sets before the r1 mechs locked the swipers for some reason. spent the rest of the arcade trip talking to another dude that came for the zinrai launch and we just yapped about arcade rhythm games for an hour, instant homie made and yes, anal spyder is still in the setlist.

It's totally safe to switch the Megadrive's background plane address mid-frame, testing that out with some hastily scribbled cloud graphics. Combining that with a raster palette swap and some sprite duplication to make a nice water effect. This console is fun to tinker with.
