It's not true. Seriously, nothing in this changes anything about environmentally sensible procurement. There are plenty of ways to ensure that which aren't impacted by this very positive change.
That Joshua Bonehill-Paine is a suitable Tory candidate but Grant Shapps and Gavin Barwell have been excluded is quite a good indicator of how many seats the Tories will realistically regain at the next election.
