Once again, I come back to the fact these guys have created a situation where one of the UK's leading, cis female athletes is scared to go to the loo alone, and the fact that they are celebrating this as a step forward for women's rights.

You have got to be a complete idiot or cynically politically self interested not to know that people like Bonehill-Paine who claim to be combating antisemitism are merely using Jews to attack Muslims.

Let me shock you - from blindly following Trump into the Iran disaster to allowing former Nazis to be Tory candidates, Kemi Badenoch has terrible judgement. That's quite a bad trait for a potential PM.
A gravedigger and his family, 1962. We think of the 1960s as basically the modern day, but millions of British people still lived like this. Gravediggers were probably paid quite well, too, compared to other manual workers. This is the reality behind the "corned beef of my childhood" nostalgia slop.
Not to go all Joxley, but the utter collapse of a sense of community pride and social responsibility within the Conservative party is at the heart of their current woes.

Burnham, until last month the second most high profile locally elected official in the country, talking about local services from buses to social care and the need for more devolved powers and reform vs someone who proudly and loudly believes all that is for former neo-nazis or 'nice' Lib Dems.
It's almost as if it wasn't ever actually about anti-Semitism, isn't it?

Imagine a Labour candidate who was a former Islamic State supporter and who had been jailed for harassing a Jewish Tory MP. The right would not respond the same way!
This Tory candidate put our colleague & others through hell, was convicted of assault of police officer, extremist racism to Jewish & Muslim communities. Tory leader last month withdrew the Tory whip from Gavin Barwell after he posted criticisms of Badenoch’s stance against net zero. Tory choices
This is *such* a revealing line about Kemi's world view and contempt for those who do the day to day work of keeping our society functioning
If Jeremy Corbyn had said what Badenoch has said today, it would be leading every TV and radio broadcast and all of tomorrow's front pages.
Badenoch is absolutely convinced she is the smartest person in the room. Meanwhile ...

It's amazing (and terrifying) how so many people across the political spectrum convince themselves that the truth is what they want it to be. I am sure I do it sometimes. Call me out if I do. I may not acknowledge it immediately but will be grateful after processing.

I still think the chances of Badenoch ending up as a senior figure in the next government (even potentially PM) thanks to FPTP are massively under-rated. She'd be worse than Farage, IMO, because she is driven by conviction, not grift.
