I'm raising money for Breakthrough T1D (new name for JDRF) to change the lives of people with type 1 diabetes. We appreciate any support. This funding aids T1D research, which is even more important now with the uncertainty surrounding traditional research funding mechanisms. p.bt1d.org/7ujvl

Reminder: You can always submit a grant late and include a cover letter saying why. NIH receipt and referral may take it. Or not. If you end up missing deadline because of these Commons access issues, there is this potential save move.

Happy to finally have this preprint up which represents a lot of effort from first author Gitanjali Roy and important contributions from multiple labs. I hope this work enables the discovery of cool beta cell biology related to hypersecretion.

Our undergrad interns in my lab at IBRI, Rachel Kuntz (#UROP) and Ini Aduroshakin (#LHSI), presented a few weeks back at the Indiana University Indianapolis Undergrad Research Conference! Rachel won an honorable mention for her poster! Thanks Andrea John and Tom Stucky for organizing.
