Turning 25, it's been hitting me how far my life has drifted from where I thought I'd be 5 years ago. I was supposed to be a neuroscientist. Schizophrenia, health issues, and Trump took that from me. I'm proud of where I am in life, but sometimes I wish I could find a way back to that world.

Sex is not a free pass to be callous to people. being slutty does not mean you can stop respecting someone or not take their feelings into account. it really hurts that people have treated me badly and “sex” is the excuse, as if it changes basic respect or friendship entirely
OH AND ALSO having consensual weird/violent/unusual sex with another adult is no more objectionable to me than playing weird violent games or watching weird violent movies. As long as nobody is forcing me to watch the human centipede it’s not my business.
