I've been seized with an urge to draw barnacle geese after seeing The Wild Robot (which I enjoyed very much), and remembered that I drew this in 2014 after seeing a documentary about how barnacle goslings have to simply hurl themselves off their cliff nests to join their parents at ground level.

A helpful key here for understanding what wingnuttery is and how it works, here. I 100% guarantee you this did not happen and that the boys she’s talking about - she later clarified they were “Pakistani” - do not exist. And yet, I can also assure you Eve is *absolutely convinced* she saw this.

The next day I returned to school. Everyone was sad except a certain group of young boys in the corner of my form class. They were celebrating like it was the greatest day of their lives. I will never forget.
