TIL that Alexa will sometimes whisper back to you when you give it a command. I learned this at 4am. It was a good reminder to always have "what do you do if your device becomes haunted" protocols in place.

This morning in therapy we discussed how there's more peer pressure to use AI today than there was to use drugs when we were kids and now I want a DARE program for tech companies.
I get very emotional at the idea of people getting away with treating others poorly because it’s supposedly necessary to the creative process. You do not need to do that. You can collaborate with others to find compromises. No game or film or show or book is worth that misery.

Visible: Being organized. The ability to create documentation, reports, and comms to convey information about what's happening. Invisible: Knowing your audience. Understanding how to communicate in a way that they will actually read, understand, and retain.

Could y'all think of examples of visible vs invisible skills in your own discipline?
