Darryl Cooper, a Holocaust revisionist, appeared again on Tucker Carlson's show with a strange claim: that after the Revolution, Bolsheviks erected a statue of Judas Iscariot as part of their campaign of religious persecution. He claims they did so in Moscow. A thread.

Fourteen years ago today, the deadliest act of anti-Sikh hate in our nation’s history occurred in Oak Creek, WI. A white supremacist gunman with neo-Nazi ties attacked the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin, ultimately leading to the deaths of seven sangat members and wounding others.

The High Court also heard RTC leader Ben Cullen had threatened physical violence to a resident removing flags, boasting that he was a “violent criminal” who had served 15 years in prison. Full report in today’s Clarion: oxfordclarion.uk/the-clarion-...

Leaders of flag-raising group Raise the Colours Oxfordshire placed trackers on highway workers’ cars to find out their home addresses, the High Court has heard. RTC then attempted to intimidate the highway staff into no longer removing flags by repeating their addresses to them.

Your little oopsie "mistakes" had me worrying for a year of my life about my partner going to jail for up to a decade based on lies likely fed to you by the top of the federal government. Show everyone what you're covering up in these emails and texts. There's a reason you don't want them released.

Boutros acknowledges 'mistakes' in 'Broadview 6' case but says sanctions, special counsel aren't needed

Chicago's top federal prosecutor noted in a court filing that his office has already dropped charges in the case, implemented “robust root-cause changes” and started the process of reviewing over 1,00...

This plane landed in Myanmar about three hours ago. This is the third ICE flight to Myanmar this year. Burmese deportees in 2025 were immediately sent to a torture facility next to the airport, according to Myanmar Now. Weeks later, not all of them had emerged.

Fae: “Tell us your true name.” Me: “…Just my name? No birthdate, no SSN, no fingerprint scan, no address, no mother’s maiden name? Are you sure you’ve even got the right Olivia Waite? There’s like six.” Fae: “What the hell kind of bargains have you been making?” Me: “They call it health insurance.”

Federal judge in Vasquez Perdomo v. Mullin just held US government in contempt for failure to provide immigration stop data. Only problem? The sanction is $500/day. Feds can pay that forever. It's meaningless to them. Their budget is $7 trillion/year, or about $222,000/second. 🫠

The Magistrate Judge’s Order was clear and the Government was given plenty of time to
comply. Nevertheless, the Government did not comply.
Congress has given this Court the power to impose a fine on any party who does not comply
with a clear order of this Court. This Court uses that power now and finds the Government in
contempt. The Government shall pay a fine of five hundred dollars per day until it complies with the
Magistrate Judge’s Order. The Government shall also reimburse the plaintiffs and organizations that
brought this lawsuit for the time and costs spent by their attorneys in getting the Government to
comply with the Magistrate Judge’s Order.

if people in spokane don’t take 30 seconds to think through whether it makes sense that the city would get burned down to clear the way for a data center or whatever i am going to have to metaphorically fistfight some folks in the proverbial parking lot of ideas

I haven’t felt like posting on this site since my mother died in October, but I feel compelled to raise my periscope given the horrifying crisis at the Morocco/Spain border in Ceuta and the disturbing amount of misinformation that’s circulating around it.

The EU response to the Ceuta incident has further demonstrated the moral and strategic bankruptcy of its members, who on matters migration have only one idea - raise the drawbridge, bribe problematic neighbours to be border guards then feign surprise when it backfires.

Something I missed in this reporting... Brandon Herrera said in 2023: “Just because you let somebody creampie you doesn’t mean I have to give a shit about your political opinions. The fact that you kept your cum trophy doesn’t make you any less wrong about the dumb shit they say.” His response...

For @texasobserver.org, I did a deep dive into Brandon Herrera, a gunfluencer and now Republican congressional nominee who has spread memes associated the extremist Boogaloo movement and rationalized lethal violence against people with certain political beliefs. www.texasobserver.org/brandon-herr...

The NAACP has released a statement while the Tarrant County Commissioners Court considers a proposal today that would cut the number of Election Day polling locations nearly in half "Let's call this what it is… voter suppression"

Tarrant County, Texas, could see around 50 percent fewer polling locations in November's election.

"Let's call this what it is… voter suppression," said NAACP President and CEO Derrick Johnson. "Cutting nearly half the places where people can cast a ballot doesn't save democracy money, it costs voters their voice. Tarrant County is home to a significant number of Black and Latino voters and is a majority people-of-color county. There is no question that this plan strips away polling access on a scale that will hit Black and Brown voters hardest. That is not a coincidence. It’s an intentional assault on our ability to make our voices heard and we will push back with every tool available.”

The past few years have been an explicit test of two theories of how to win back AfD voters: first, the CDU just needed to pivot to the hard right under Merz and second that the Linke as a party was too woke and needed to turn to workerist anti-migrant nationalism via BSW. Both failed.

The latest poll for Saxony-Anhalt has the far-right at 41%. If some of the smaller parties (SPD, Greens, BSW) don't clear the threshold to enter parliament, the far-right may gain an absolute majority in September.
