4/ The key observation: What distinguished MOGHE was not their seizures, but the presence and organization of very brief LVFA events into repetitive clusters lasting several minutes and recruiting large parts of the sampled epileptic network.

Y chromosomes in the female brain? Not a mistake. Microchimerism can leave a lasting cellular legacy from a male twin, a previous male pregnancy, or other sources of genetically distinct cells. But what is the clinical consequence?
