Excited to be here in beautiful Maastricht for ICAC 2025! Come see Tomek Domżalski presenting preliminary results from his PhD tomorrow, poster #237. On Thursday, I’ll show fresh results from our study on inharmonicity effects on different auditory features, poster #333. @icac2025.bsky.social

Always remember: reducing your personal carbon footprint is the morally correct thing to do, but it is also irrelevant compared to all the environmental damage done by big corporations (who highly prefer you to feel guilty about your actions than to be held accountable for theirs).

Webcomic by Safely Endangered. 4 panels arranged in 3 rows.
A stylized man reads from a report to another stylized man sitting on a big chair at a desk. In the background are big windows showing a grey landscape.
- We accidentally dropped another million gallons of oil into the ocean
- That's bad, right?
- I think so
- Damn. Well, there's only one thing we can do now
- Say we're sorry?
- No, we ask the public to reduce the carbon footprint to offset the issue
- Of course!
Both men smile.

The frustrating thing about any legal action against Musk is that he's got something like $425 billion. He could lose a court case for billions of dollars and it would still be nothing to him. The dude loves lawsuits because they're nothing to him.

This guy knows f**k all about UK libel and defamation law. The Guardian should launch legal action against Elon Musk now. Many of us would gladly contribute to their legal fighting fund.

A tweet by Elon Musk which says: The Guardian is a nest of pedophile apologists.

On the left, my image. On the right, the Al image that was clearly trained on, and designed to plagiarize, my image. All Al generated imagery is inherently theft. It's unethical, environmentally disastrous, and does irreparable harm to both artists and society.
