Said Goodbye to Pete. Last night I carried him upstairs so he could sleep with the family (his arthritis made it hard for him to do the stairs the last couple years). Today we sat with him outside in the (kinda) sun in one of his favorite spots and told him how much we loved him and gave him kisses

We still have another day and a half with this guy. He hasn't eaten almost anything in a week, but tonight? He absolutely houses most of a Roast Beef Sandwich from Billy's

Got the awful news this morning. Petey has to say goodbye to us. We have made arrangements for the vet to come over Thursday and we'll say goodbye outside laying in the sun, one of his favorite things, and he'll be with us and Ted and Larry.

Vintage in box Pogo Bal (it shocked me relooking at this to see it's "bal" and no "ball" which is kind of nuts.). I had two of these in different color ways and aside from them looking cool on their own all Saturny they were super fun.

NOTE: This picture is from his May 1908 escape after being chained up & jumping from the Mass. Ave Bridge into the frigid Charles River. He emerged from the water free from his shackles about 40 seconds later. He was 34 years old. After his Worcester YMCA 1926 stunt, he’d only live 32 more days.

[September 28th, 1926] Harry Houdini performed a famous endurance stunt at the YMCA in Worcester, Massachusetts, remaining sealed inside a submerged or enclosed airtight container for one hour and eleven minutes.

So...when did dudes stop beating the ever living shit out of other dudes who even THOUGHT about sexually assaulting a woman? Like broken fingers, noses, permanent limps, life long disfigurement beat the shit out of?

I started a new Instagram account @stilllifekitsch if you want to follow and a few designs are up on T-Public. I'll be trying to raise some money in the next month or two for some medical needs Petey has, so if anyone wants to buy a painting, or commission one, let me know.
