At some point we — all of us — have to have a serious conversation about priorities. We can't just keep squeezing corporate profits out of everything and insisting everyone just make do somehow.

Permanently Disabled kids shouldn’t have to face a future living on a benefit that’s not enough to survive on, where bi-yearly they have to prove they still have an incurable condition. That’s not a future they deserve, it’s dehumanising, it’s depressing & it’s unacceptable. They have worth. #nzpol

In times like these, it’s important to pay attention to the grand unifying narratives ideas are hooking on to. Yup. This is a disappointing approach from Henry. Creating regs that ensure companies follow the best approaches for water cooling, sound proofing and energy throttling is super important. We can't leave it to companies to self regulate because they just go with what's profitable.
