In this case it's scales and chords. Like I understood that barre chords are composed of a scale. However realizing that the intervals of the scale gives you the chords in the key illuminated a dark road.
Sometimes, when I'm learning new things, my brain sets railroad tracks of development. After a while, those tracks become a lattice, and I advance to the next split. This convergence is so fun to realize. It's like a puzzle piece that falls into place.

Caring bout yaself is a discipline, full stop. You'd be very surprised the ways you're encouraged to betray yourself onna regular basis, like you don't deserve peace or a regulated nervous system. That misery shit gets addictive while still gettin hand waved away.
