I think the “there’s a train stop there” is so ignorant. If you think it’s just a scheduling issue you have done no work at all. It’s far beyond just “scheduling”

I think it's likely that mode shift will improve overall emissions more than switching buses to battery electric. So use this 💰 for service changes that bring in riders.
