Mayor Olivia Chow takes the lectern to present the film awards. These awards come from Cannes, apparently! Pretty big movie town, I hear. "These awards recognize that Toronto is a truly film-friendly city."

This is such an important program. And the key difference here compared to previous years: The City actually delivers and installs these units directly, which is difficult enough to do when you have a car and are able bodied. This will absolutely save lives.
