This guy says ignore trans rights in favor of protecting ICE victims. But others argue we have to stop talking about ICE in favor of protecting women's rights or labor organizing. It's why "let's protect human rights selectively" is a losing strategy; no one agrees who to throw under the bus.

Huh. So, I decided today to try restarting Facebook, which I've been off of for a while. Figured I'd make a new account, see if I could do a small number of things without a poisoned algorithm. It's literally impossible for me to login with a new account. It just keeps going back to the login.

I used to think that, and I do think police agencies are mafia organizations with the mob bosses in the cop 'unions', but it was pretty clear to me that a lot of politicians saw the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020 as basically equivalent to a scary slave rebellion which they wanted put down.
