Mike Sacks on SCOTUS stance on NLRB: Has now said that those agencies shall not be independent anymore, and the members of those agencies can be fired at will by whatever president is sitting, regardless of whether they've done anything that would constitute cause under the statute.
My main takeaway from last night's election is (again) that everyone really wants more & stronger parties & some form of PR that breaks the two-party doom loop & doesn't require 25-50% of both parties' coalitions to regularly vote for a candidate they don't really like in general elections.
