Finished Kureha, which was my first route in 9RIP. Already enjoying it more than charade maniacs, though I will say the romance and chemistry were extremely lackluster, but at least the story captured me. So that’s already progress. I’m probably going to give charade maniacs one more route and if it

I’ve been playing charade maniacs lately, and the writing in this game is so wildly all over the place. One route I’ll enjoy and the next is garbage tier. It doesn’t help that they made the protagonist a hollow cardboard cut out. like if you wanna make a self insert game, do it like sympathy kiss

Love working on games, but I've learned in recent years that the excitement of working on a cool game is fleeting. A safety net, time to rest and not overwork, and money for building a life and retiring are more important. The talent will vanish if the industry does not stop underpaying freelancers.

Award-Winning Translator, Jan Mitsuko Cash, Calls on American Manga Industry to Double Their Rates!

I have been working my freelancer arse off for a games client for over 11 years, basically full-time. I never once asked for my rates to go up. I always went above and beyond. I made them SO MUCH MONEY. Last year they stopped giving me work with zero warning... unless I cut my rates by A THIRD.

LRT: there’s a reason everyone who works in Japanese media localization is rallying around Jan’s statement here. Anime, manga, and games are seemingly bigger than ever and none of the creatives involved in getting that media into English are making any money.

Translator Jan Mitsuko Cash gets standing ovation after winning Best Translation and calling on the manga publishers to double their rates and describes the poor working conditions of translators that create their success.

Yay!! I am so excited to announce I’m the translator for this series. I absolutely adore it. It’s the cutest thing ever!! Yuri + horror 💕

Brand-new license announcement! I SEE YOU, AIZAWA-SAN! by Odoroo Dorothy. A supernatural #yuri/Girls’ Love manga about a girl who can see ghosts and the one who’s desperate for her attention! sevenseasentertainment.com/2026/07/04/s...

New License: I See You, Aizawa-san! Story and art by Odoroo Dorothy. A supernatural yuri/Girls’ Love manga about a girl who can see ghosts and the one who’s desperate for her attention! Michi has a gift: she can see ghosts! But this ability is more of a plague than a bragging right, so she does her best to pretend she can’t see them to avoid interacting with lingering spirits.
Unfortunately, a new ghost has entered her life: one who really demands attention. Aizawa Honami was a former classmate and member of a famous idol group before she died, and it seems she’s still not ready to move on. Michi is determined not to get involved, but Honami’s bizarre antics and displays of fan service are making it hard to ignore her—especially when it makes Michi’s heart go crazy! © Odoroo Dorothy 2023 / KILL TIME COMMUNICATION. Available from Seven Seas Entertainment March 2027 (Print/Digital).
