You'd have to think that this is a major consideration for international players not only looking at Minnesota, but anywhere in the United States. RSL already had a player leave for MTL due to fears over how insane this country is. The league needs to get serious about this problem.

This line ought to set off a huge alarm at MLS HQ: "The Loons were negotiating transfer deals with Slovenian midfielder Tomi Horvat and Dutch defender Cherrion Valerius, but both players cited concerns about life in Minnesota for them and their families as why they declined contracts with MNUFC."

I've received some information from a local about the individual accused of being the SLC shooter (who did not fire, was shot by 'official' security who also hit and killed an unrelated person He'd done armed protesting before. Dressed more radically. Was a little awkward. no more than that

The shooting at the Salt Lake City protest is strange. The guy with the AR never fired it, and instead appears to have been engaged by "peacekeepers" or protest "security" in yellow security vests?

Liberal commentators are the best because they look at mass amounts of righteous anger about the private for-profit health insurance industry and say "here's a chart that proves why you're wrong about being mad"
