2D Con can be summed up as this: Tetris for <insert player here> Between the unexpected volunteering and playing Tetris while hanging out with Splatoon pals, this was one of those chill cons I was cool with. Now to focus on Riptide.

I understand the pure joy of casting CTWC. Did Silver Round 1 and Gold Round 2 on the side channel for 2D Con. The guys at CTWC Minnesota are way too knowledgeable that even my usual commentary brain couldn't pull off easily. Hearing that I was solid still by the people there warms my heart.
I guess I can add "commentated a CTWC 100 line sprint" to my list of commentary things. Granted it was a 100 line sprint but it was fun to cast high level Tetris.
Would it be fair to say that there are two trains of thought here? A long-developing meta means you can continue to build strategies on weapons that are perceived as strong. A live-service, short developing one means less strategy development and more "what's strong now" as the go-to.

Streaming computer is back in session after a reinstall and discovering about dumb USB connections. Streaming tonight (8/20) as the next project in line.
Decided to do a fresh install of Windows, updated ALL drivers to the latest version. And I somehow got apps that were previously unstable becoming more unstable. Holy moly.

Jesus fucking christ something needs to change on that server.
