for some reason, i always think of the “a face, a false memory, a feeling” line. (this is from deadmuse, my 1920s manila gothic horror in which an artist’s muse wakes from death intent on solving her own murder)

how do you guys find joy in writing :( i’ve been struggling with writing lately because i used it as a crutch to express feelings while working through trauma but now i have better coping mechanisms and i don’t know how to get back to it in a healthy way
