I got 2 jumbo Mr. Freezies at a convenience store for under $2.50. So capitalism hasn't gotten to everything.

I went to the gem show in Bancroft today with my gemology buddy, for the first time ever! Holy crap the amount of money I could have spent. Saw a few "first time in real lifes" which is always a thrill. Came away with a few special stones that will hopefully someday become jewellery.
