Last winter I bought a lighter, more ventilated model of hockey shoulder pad to deal with playing in hot arenas all the time. Any fears about it not being protective enough were allayed last night when I took my teammate's hard as shit shot from the point right off the edge of the shoulder cap

I spent all day making some nice rich chicken broth and used it for some vegetable udon soup :)
Spent a nice afternoon and early evening working on this, which was a VERY good recommendation from @antlervel.vet
I heard in the Paw Patrol movie they go for some cheap heat by putting down Rubble
I made seared scallops with fresh corn porridge, and a salad with ricotta fresca, garden tomato, grated frozen nectarine, pistachio and parsley oil
