Oh good, profiting off of the genuine work of an entire community without bothering to contact any of its writers or its licensing team regarding Creative Commons. Oh, and it's being funded by a literal slave state. I hope the filmmakers get sued into oblivion.

If anyone reading this gives a shit about SCP, do not do ANYTHING that would financially support the people making this. Not only is there a blatant disregard for the actual source material and the community around it, but it's also being made with Emirati blood money. Fuck this.

No actual writers involved and apparently funded by a literal slave state - fuck them.
And nobody who actually writes for the SCP Foundation was notified. Including the licensing team whose job it is to maintain the Creative Commons that allows the work to exist as an open collaborative project! Yayyyyyyy
Ion with gender is canon LET'S FUCKING GO
Metaphysician@metaphysician.bsky.social · last yr.LGBTQ+ relevant lore drop: The innate fluidity of Sarkic/Nälkän conceptions of sex/gender don't fully line up with modern terms but... Ion (they/any) is intersex, androgynous, and their sexual orientation is pan/Lovataar. Orok (he/them) is "traditional", having many wives - half of them male.
This year more than any other, Pride Month serves as a light in the dark. Over here on the SCP wiki, we are proud of our long history of queer stories by queer authors. We also believe that fiction, creativity, and art can promote community and perseverance.
Hey folks, I have a huge request for Pride: Trevor Project is recruiting for a landmark new study. If you are LGBTQ, in the United States, and between 13-24 or know someone who is, pass this along to them. Trevor’s research has led to meaningful defenses of queer and trans lives. Take the survey

Now that gifters for the art exchange have been revealed, I am happy to say that I was @lemonsense.bsky.social's gifter with... SCP-8842: Another Nazi Wonderweapon! I also wrote a companion piece, Sifting Through the Sand! You should check them out! I had a blast writing this pulpy romp!
This is how you become a writer: just pick one of the things that is deeply wrong with you. Make it a character. Now send it on a self-help journey or try to kill it. Now call it a book.

oh i just found out about half-illithids and I'm about to start obsessing over that concept. The tadpole eats the brain, does that half... BUT the tadpole has a disability that makes it so they can't complete the process. So they end up being able to ALMOST pass as whatever race they infested.

About a week into Fortnite Chapter 6 and I finally start to get concerned about how low my level is, considering I got the battle pass and all and kinda want to get to Tier 100 (skin goes hard), so I look into it. What the fuck are these XP changes man.
Here's a lil WIP on the Scylla animatic because I need to share least I go mad. I am a little over halfway done now #scp
I don't care if you're "retooling" them, or doing anything else with them. If I see any sort of reference to Jack Bright or Elias Shaw on the profile of anyone who comes near me, I'm blocking them. Keep the sex pest's self insert the fuck away from me.
