I would recommend for an autistic person to speak with their doctors, therapists, and family before starting. Each autistic person is different and I’m not a doctor or a coach. I would not recommend for an autistic person to jump into bodybuilding blindly.

If only…in your 20’s and 30’s theres some flexibility but 40+ you have to really be focused on longevity and health moving forward. But I agree be great to have the body of a 25 year old and the ability to grow without having repercussions forever!

Don’t get me wrong. I love the attention. But why do I get complimented on my size, and literally felt up by straight guys and some girls more than I do gay guys? Do I need a sign that says “MLM kiss me and tell me I’m huge”
