I honestly don't have an opinion on this but it will be so funny if Anas Sarwar quitting parliament means Monica Lennon taking his seat, winning a leadership contest and establishing a separate Scottish Labour party.
If support for devolution means anything it's the leader of a national political party quitting to get a junior job in central government and viewing it as a promotion
Man Scottish Labour just don't care about winning elections at all. You've got respect it i guess. I mean I don't care about winning an election either but that's why I never became a political party.

If Andy Burnham wants to end rough sleeping he will need to change his approach to No Recourse to Public Funds, which enforces destitution, and is the single biggest cause of rough sleeping (in Scotland, anyway). But that would seem at odds with his support for the asylum bill last week.
